Training Day...1 done 4 to go

so I'm back to work already! whew!
I was getting tired of selling myself...

It was fun to dress up in slacks that were BANGING..a pink sweater (ala Janet Jackson - whatever TIFF) and my fav pair of Mary Janes...I looked HAWT..then why they say I could've worn jeans!!!
anyways... training started today for my new job..so i'm doing a drive by post
not real estate school but damn hard..half creative/design, half technical..the technical kicked my ass but I've dusted it off and I'll dress it up again tomorrow..dayum some jeans!!!!
I love to dress up..even when I go to the airport..which has been every 2 weeks this year it seems...and I see folks in sweats and I'm always in heels...Protector always says I overdress but hey that's me!!!

more later....HOLLA!!!!

Slish I got your money..come get it! HAHAHA!!!!!

Bunk, Janet. Tyler could have easily cast you in Miss Jackson if you're nasty's role, in that movie, wearing that pink cashmere. You got ta-tas right? I'm just hating. Don't mind me. Hating cause I ain't got no job to go to and get dressed up and text my love-ones on my lunch break and feed my brain instead of my mouth. The technical stuff is but a technicality. You'll get the hang of it, chica. Nothing, not even that godawful A.T.L. traffic will stop you now! First thing I want when the checks start rolling in is a round trip ticket to AIA. Ain't got to be first class, but I'ma dress like it (you) to boot: Designer bag hanging from the crook of my arm, hair all done up, a pink sweater, tailored slacks and peep-toe Mary Janes. Y'all hiring?

There is nothing wrong with overdressing lol. I do it all the time. I love your blog. I've tagged you also, check out my blog for details!

I used to overdress when I travelled to. When I was in college, I was probably the only one of the 3:45am bus from NY to Baltimore wearing Dockers and a button-up, but I didn't care. I'm a little more relaxed now when I travel, but still wouldn't travel in sweatpants.

Good luck in training.

Congrats on the job!

I can't wait till I step up my wardrobe so I can overdress everywhere. I love looking put together, even casually. I've started getting dressed for the airport too. You just never know where you're gonna end up.

The greatest work advice I ever got..."Dress for the job you want, not the job you have."

Bump jeans, you are going places and you want to look good doing it.
And you know I got love for the pink sweater!
